Associated Building Specialties, Inc. is a full service Division 10 Subcontractor dedicated to building and improving relationships with general contractors, developers, and manufacturers. We are a family run company committed to our client's needs and project time constraints. Founded in 1986 by Randy and Kathy Singer, our team of estimators, project managers, administrators, and installers have countless years of experience and knowledge of the central and west Florida construction market.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Associated Building Specialties, Inc. is a Division 10 subcontracting firm that has been in business since 1986. We provide expertise in the commercial construction industry in the Central and West Florida. Our primary focus is large scale commercial construction including hospitality, multi family, theme park, and large venue projects in the greater Orlando, Daytona, Tampa, and St. Petersburg markets.
CONSTRUCTION
Our company has built relationships with many of the largest general contractors and builders in the country. We specialize in public and guest room (residential) bath accessories, shower glass, bathroom partitions, fire extinguishers and cabinets, lockers, wall protection, tenant storage lockers, postal specialties, bike racks and much more. With our installation crews, we self perform our work with attention to detail and schedule.

Associated Building Specialties can assist developers, architects, and designers to create a beautiful product with forward thinking design standards. With our trusted relationships with the largest manufacturers in the world, we can offer stylish, high quality products at an unmatched price point.
